The world we knew: Sector Silos

For years, each industry built its own tech stack in isolation. Vertical-specific solutions. Proprietary standards. Walled gardens.

At the center of everything: CONTENT

Each sector had its own content type, its own rules, its own supply chain.

Isolated industries, ad-hoc solutions

The paradigm shift: from Content to People

Movie

They don't just consume

People create, remix, and participate in content across every industry

Heart

They want emotions

Connection, belonging, trust — not just features and functionality

Brain

They decide emotionally

Choices at the moment of intent are driven by emotion, not logic

90%

of choices at the moment of intent are driven by emotions rather than rational thinking

When people are at the center,
boundaries dissolve

Same human needs

Engagement, personalisation, trust — whether shopping, streaming, or seeking a diagnosis

Same tech patterns

AI, real-time interaction, conversational interfaces, emotional intelligence

Cross-pollination = innovation

Solutions from one industry can transform another. The best innovations transfer freely.

The same engine.
A completely different mission.

We're bringing the Emotional Intelligence Engine into healthcare — where understanding how patients feel is as critical as understanding what they report.

And for this journey, we found the perfect partner...

A CTO who's lived the sector-agnostic shift firsthand — from Disney to the Royal Opera House, from £2B travel platforms to transforming mental health.

Noēsis: Knowledge that thinks

Patent-pending knowledge intelligence system:

  • • Simulates human learning — reads progressively
  • • Builds deep relationship graphs automatically
  • • Discovers cross-domain connections at query time
  • • Runs entirely on-premises, consumer hardware

"Adapting AIMD from TCP congestion control to ingestion orchestration is a neat transfer of an old idea to a new setting, and the prompt-injection containment addresses something most RAG systems simply overlook."

Does it actually work?
Validated on academic benchmarks

We tested Noēsis against the standard multi-hop QA benchmark (HotpotQA, 1000 questions) used by all major Graph-RAG systems.

The key insight:

Our graph is built by a 35B on-premises model (not GPT-4o). And on a 193-page book, we achieve 90% verified precision on causal relationships spanning hundreds of pages.

A 2.3B smartphone model + Noēsis architecture matches GPT-4o dense retrieval. The architecture does 80% of the work.

HotpotQA Results (EM score)

GraphRAG (Microsoft)31.7
Dense retrieval + GPT-4o47.6
Noēsis (35B local) + GPT-4o59.5
HopRAG (GPT-4o for all)62.0

When technology becomes sector-agnostic, the competitive advantage shifts from building proprietary tech to recognising patterns across domains.

The next breakthrough
will come from where
you're not looking yet
.

The question isn't what sector are you in.
It's what sector should you be learning from.
